pharma harm

i'm excited about our conversation concerning big pharma tomorrow!  it just gets me so angry that this industry that is supposed to help us is often hurting us.  seriously, there is no reason to have an ad campaign for any medicine these days, especially considering that none of the information provided in print ads or commercials s actually useful.  or (for other "readers digest" fans) it is in the smallest fine ever, just to give us the impression that the companies want us to be informed.  seriously, there is no difference in the validity of a viagra ad or an extenze ad.  let's watch:
ExtenZe:

  1. What's up with that whole Lysol scheme back in the day? That's messed up. It's all messed up.

  2. I know! It's pretty sick. I wonder if Lysol had that strong, burning sick. Anything that can kill bugs (believe me, I know-I'll spray anything on a flying insect) should not be used on a nani!!!

  3. I have to say what I found most interesting in class was how everyone of this younger generation knew all of the different kinds of pills people use for many different reasons. I have never heard of almost any of these pills and if I heard of it, certainly didn't know what they were used for. I find it sad that that young people seem to rely on peopel telling them there is something wrong with them and a certain pill will make things better.
